Salam guys, I applied in Nov 2011, and haven't heard back from them except in December 2011 to tell me that they received the application and that its being transferred to Islamabad. It's been a veryyyyy long time now.. Should I be worried?

First place that comes to mind is Niagara Falls. It's beautiful and hey have some nice hotels there too, and other attractions.. I haven't been around enough to know other places to actually vacation in. For sight-seeing, there's always the CN Tower and the downtown area in general.
