Hi Sdalwadi, yes, you are right. The employer has to register his company on the website and submit the job approval form on it. I'm not sure when my job approval form was approved.....sorry.... Good luck in your process!

Hello Superiris, the "job approval letter" was submited with application.....on Nov'2011. What the SINP requested before nomination was an updated "job offer letter".....those are 2 different things.
