you can apply on her behalf.. but take an authorization letter from her that you're her husband and you're submitting the app on her behalf, get her signatures on the letter :)

ohh okay :) thank you!!!! my catagory is NOC 1221. so, basically im eligible right now but still have to complete 12 months of work right? Also, Under new cec rules 12 months of work exp (min 30 per week) AND 2 years of study right?

According to new CEC rules one should work at least 30 hours per week for 12 months to be eligibale for CEC. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp but it also says on the website that full-time means 37.5 hours per week for 12 months...

sorry i dont mean to scare you or anything but my application was rejected because of that too. :( i wrote NOC 1221 and officer said that the job duties don't match with the duties mentioned under NOC1221 code, even though 60% of my duties were matching with NOC1221. Best of luck though!
