notarization just means being a true copy of original and there is no expiry of that. Hope this helps

2009 or 2010? Although in either case it does not make sense to me but looks like from 28 Sept AORs are getting delayed for more then 60 days. In september applicants thread, i see a member whose application was received on 28th-09-2009 and nothing heard since then. anyone got another opinion?

one of my friends applied as well and his application was received on 28th september 2009. He also got AOR today. :)
