NEXUS card for new Canadian PR

I landed finally on 30 october 2013... great! I have been resident in Canada since 26 October 2011. I find the rules confusing, perhaps I am too stupid to pass this IQ test: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/prog/nexus/notice-avis-eng.html states: Amendment to the Three-Year Residency Requirement...

Tracking PNP April 2012 application to CIO (Nova Scotia)

My status is Decision Made. I was told by my MP that my application has been accepted. What should be the next step? After all this time, I want to be ready to send whatever is needed asap... They already have all passports from application. None have changed.

Tracking PNP April 2012 application to CIO (Nova Scotia)

I was fed up so I emailed my MP. I got a response as follows: You have been approved, but it takes 4 weeks for CIC to print and send the visa. Apparently, I will hear within 4 weeks. I will believe this when I see it! I am a little optimistic for the first time in a long time about this. Do...

Good for you Ram. I was trying to imagine how unhappy I would be. At least they turned it into a positive... seems hard to believe that they showed some sort of compassion, however late.

Tracking PNP April 2012 application to CIO (Nova Scotia)

I received a reply by email today that my application is in process. They replied within one day as my ecas status was application received. It seemed like a generic response: Now if anyone can help me with my query about how to pay the damned RPRF fees, I would be grateful...

    Right to PR fee

Hi I am easily confused... I applied to Novo Scotia PNP CIO and my file was then transferred to OPP in Ottawa. I paid the fees right at the start via online payment and I think I have done it the wrong way. How do I pay them?! Good luck to all, Pommy
