I am stuck in a similar situation. Charges were withdrawn but with a peace bond expiring in December.I have a pending application with cic for PR and They have told me to wait out the bond period until then my file will be put to hold. Is there anything I can do by hiring a lawyer at this point

I have been old by CIC that my application will be put on hold until the Bond period expires. Shud I hire an immigration lawyer :(

I have my CoPR and had criminal charges withdrawn against me, however my license got suspended under Highway and Traffic Act. Can I still Land through the border.
