I THINK that only you and your wife will pay if the child its a minor, but check on CIC site or call then. Also, this fee is only for TWP are you not applying for both at the same time? In that case you pay both fees plus at the end another fee for the right of residency. Good luck!

After gaining PR stats you do whatever you want, there is no minimal time. To became a plumber you need to have certification in most provinces, if you already are a plumber back home, you may qualify to swap your license. Good luck !
