Our online E-Cas status changed to "Decision Made" on 29-March, 76 days after submitting originally to CPC-Mississauga. Our office is New Delhi. Timeline is below in the signature. Good Luck to Everyone !!

I would also suggest to send the photographs as soon as possible. The only thing that you could loose (in case they send back the app even after sending the photos) are the photos only and some money that you'd spend in the postage. Your's is still a little early as they wouldn't have processed...
