Hi alittlesweet, i was in the same situation. I had booked my flight, then was called for my landing interview. i left canada w/o Pr card and had no problem coming back. i brought my COPR with me and passport (i'm visa exempt). this is just my case though, you really never know. Good luck!

Hi Slock! thanks for your reply. i haven't received anything yet.. but i'm confident next week something will be in the mail. we got DM Aug 16 as per letter and we are etobicoke as well. i'll post any updates. :)

Hi Slock, it seems like it could be anywhere from 3 weeks to a few months. i got stage 2 in the mail today, aug 22. please post any updates if you get the letter from etobicoke. i don't think it matters when you pay your fee.

sorry about that.. actually though i just called service ontario and they said no.. they said i need proof that i am eligible to apply for permanent residence.
