Apart from the points, your occupation need to be in one of the list of 38 occupations. as you are a businessman, you may wanna try Business Class Immigration instead of Federal Skilled Worker

You can check your respective visa office checklist about what they accept as proof of fund. What I know is they only accept liquid cash in bank or saving certificates.
