You are not required to upload scan copy. Even I had the same case, I didn't upload and had no issue to get COPR/Visa Thanks.

Sometime it takes more/less. My timeline: Singapore Dispatched: Oct 12 Arrived @ VAC Dhaka: Oct 19 When I sent it took only 3 days to get there.

Yup, straight-forward applications.

Depends on the country you sending from. For some country, you have to send/receive through VFS. For others visa office provide the instruction in PPR letter.

Pretty Simple. I didn't submit much docs/evidence. That's all I had - - Both Marriage Certificate & Marriage Deeds - Photos: Engagement, Wedding, Reception, Honeymoon, Photos together with family member - Phone bills showing number dialed, Whatsapp Chats (export), Whatsapp call logs...

My App was approved straight-forward. They didn't ask for any additional document. Actually did you want to know what docs I submitted when I filed my App in first-place?

Re: Bangladeshi (QUEBEC) Applicants for Sponsoring Spouse Yes we got Visa/COPR It depends on how long SVO take to issue visa and on transmission time. We submitted on Sep 25th and Picked up on Oct 23. Actually it arrived on Oct 20, but they were closed on 21 & 22 (weekend)

You can get it back within 3-4 weeks. Not guranteed though. For us it took 3/4 days to arrive @ SVO once VAC forwarded. But it took more than 1 week for arrival @ VAC when SVO dispatched. You can track passport status through VFS portal.
