I sent an email to CIC regarding my common-law relationship and the response time right now is 20 working days!!! I guess I can't land until they get back to me with further instructions, but my medicals will expire in April! Don't know what to do.... Also I've been trying to call them few time...

hi pgy, where did you get the information that the processing time between them receiving the passport and issuing the COPR back is 22 day? My package was received on February 25, the return tracker hasn't been activated yet...
