For a study visa u will also need a police certificate in pak. U will have to provide a photocopy of every doc. u attach.

You can get the police certificate from SSP office near "Kachahri" Civil Lines. It takes approximately 4-5 days. Certificate is issued in English.

May be technically that's ok. But a visa officer may think that your father will not spend all of his money for ur education without any source of permanent income. Without showing a source of income you may make visa officer to think that you plan to work in Canda.
