Hello, I've just received my PR from Moscow VO... You'll also receive your MRs and PRs soon!!! Recently Moscow visa office issues visas one month before medicals expire, sometimes even before 15 days, probably it's their style of working... GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU!!!

If you have file number ecas should work, so may be it is better to clarify with VO. Wish you to find solution soon. All the best.

Have you got File number? If yes choose Immigration File Number as Identification Type. If doesn't work may be you can inform your Visa office that file number doesn't work.

Check online your status at https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas
