Okay I think you missunderstood,I think that 18 months(time given by MICC) is enough to improve someone that was B1 to B2. Have a nice one!

I made B1 on TEFaQ for 3 months,as you say its a huge gap B1 to B2,but with some effort and MICC has soften a bit,I think anyone who managed B1,can manage B2 for 18 months. Just my opionion.

Hey if they wanted a pure French speaking province why bother to ask for foreign immigrants? And English is a official language of Canada and Quebec it`s one of it`s provinces. I guess you missunderstood.....as I said it`s their country,their rules. The main fact that makes me wonder that...

Why they don`t cancel and close the whole QSW with these new rules?!! It`s not fair the Quebec does not consider the effort made on complying with their rules. Or maybe they are being racist,as seeing that English language is starting to dominate in Quebec. If they need so many immigrants,why...

Same here ....I think we have the same consultant,they seem to have trouble responding to emails,asking for so many things that in first case they weren`t needed. I am confused what to do,either to submit before or after 1 of August?!
