now i m confused.......... what would be the points for 3 yrs BA (total 15 yrs schooling). do 3 yrs vocational diploma get more points than general 3 yrs bachelor degree (both 15 yrs schooling)???? just for knowledge.......i m safe though with masters n 17 yrs schooling,

@Alhamra...... its great u have gone through eligibilty , PhD case is about eligibility and if u have gone through, then there should be no proble onwards.......... but please keep on posting your progress.... my case is simillar to yours..........

is ur 3 yr diploma a 3 yr bachelor's degree by a university......... then yes 22

i am well convinced to apply under 4121 but how strict is it regarding a phd as a requirement. i have msc only......... is there anybody with msc and accepted under 4121

never mind the post title, match the duties.......... also be sure the same questions will rise on the visa officers' head that comes in your,,,,,,, so dont make any loopholes in your application..... if u r serious about moving , then its wise to be patience, hold on to make your one year...

@ hemant to add above,,,,,,, since u r not in the part time now, so complete this work to make a year duration I THINK you will not get 71 but well past 67.

@ hemant, the fact that job of cook is included and not yours is because canada has workforce shortage of cooks which is more severe than the shortage of workforce of your type of work...... also to be on safe side, ontinue the part time for next year to make it equivalent for continuous 1...

@rupesh....... It was 3 years vocational program in agriculture after which the students are eligible for bachelor level entrance. @ Rajnik My job , both, was in Nepal but I guess the system is simillar in India. Thanx anyways. Also I am a bit curious of next changes on noc list , esp 38...
