yes it was.. got DM on March 3rd.. hadn't received anything by the 14th so I emailed them. They wrote back saying it has been issued and sent on the 15th and arrived on the 20th. Just took a little email nudge to get them to actually send it :)

Mine changed to DM on a Sunday morning at around 3:30 am ( I was working nights and doing my hourly check lol) so you never know!!!

In my experience it didnt take 4 months... we got our first set of extra documents requested Jan 21st and the second set mid Feb and both said may take 4 months and we now have decision made! I think they just get a thrill out of causing panic!!!!!

Are they free if you are in Canada?? If so they owe me $5! lol I cant seem to find where it says that... just this: Requests made pursuant to the Access to Information Act can be sent by e-mail if you have: Completed, signed and dated your request; Scanned your request; and Paid the $5.00...

They are basically just a copy your file as the Visa officer sees it. Mine were 32 pages, most of which was in code form.. it also lists the things they have to do.. medical, security check, eligibility of sponsor etc. and either says 'not started' or 'passed'. It really didn't provide much...

Annoying isn't it!!!! We had the same info requested, but as you said, it was nice to know they were looking at our file! If it makes you feel any better, we got DM less than 3 weeks after sending in that info!! So fingers crossed for you!! :)
