I don't think you need any ID/documents to attach other then consent form if you have canadian mailing address, this is what I found from ATIP site for requirement Proof that you have the right to make a request: Proof may include a copy of your Canadian passport, your permanent resident card...

Guys, I am trying to submit GCMS notes online at ATIP website, this is for my wife sponsorship and not sure if I need to upload consent form, if so do I need to fill in my wife information in consent form and do I need her signature on it?

If I am applying online at ATIP website, do I still need to print and fill out form IMM5744E and send it by mail?

AOA Guys, I am one of those silent readers who patiently waiting for re med... I have a question and hoping someone can answer, my file transferred to Islamabad in April 2012 but no communication yet but hoping to get re med soon, I have re visit my wife again last and going to update CIC...

Any one know why some of us April transfer skipped :-[ No re-med or any communication since my file transfer to Islamabad, April 2012. I have not order any notes cuz my lawyer discourage to do it...I am not sure if I can do it myself
