Nemiah adding to my above post...we were refused in 2014...we reapplied because at that time canada changed the dep child age to 22 from 19...my stepson was not listed as accompany on the first app...so we knew with this age rule...he would age out during the appeal process which we were tokd...

Bbc if it were me Id file for the appeal in case and the gcms notes..you can always cancel the appeal later on as it takes 120 days for your blue book alone to come which is what you need to appeal...what we did was this...we got refused in April that year..filed the appeal...changed our mind in...

Hi Basalana..I probably not waste the time or money redoing the medicals...we redid ours in july and in Feb after our interview they made us redo them anyways and completely ignored the ones we redid on our own...Im sorry its so exhausting I know your pain...hang in there!

Jay...sorry I just now seen where u posted your letter...when you courier the bcert...please also send it via ecas and email it to the accra office ...they do receive them and it might help speed up things...if you dont hear from them in 30 days email them remind them the 30 days is up ...it...

Butterfly girl you are right..we need to be peaceful..the office there is very busy...however everytime they touch your file and work on it they are required to update it into the gcms notes...from those notes you will know everytime your file is worked on...its a requirement on their side to...
