Probably they have a different rule for sending passport from Nepal, but thats how I sent it from US. If it is not possible in Nepal, you could go to Delhi for the same day service.

Finally got my passport....Decision was made on 23rd of May 2012, but since my passport was sent to Nepal from New Delhi...it took all these time for the passport to reach me....will be leaving on 6th of july.....good luck everyone!!!

even when i got my passport request I was asked to send PCC (if not submitted), Landing fees (if not paid) and the passport.....I just sent a passport along with a letter stating that I have already submitted police clearance and paid my landing fees.
