i just checked this link posted by ranja by this it says only 10779 (this number is in person not files) have been issued jan to june its october now so my guess will be another 3 months we will add another 6000 in 10779(6 months). so that makes a total of 16779 and quota for this year is 32000...

that link u guys have just tell whats there target is for 2012 that is 32000 which includes 11000 processed at cpc canada and rest 21000 is divided into all the countries so all those files in ottawa have more chances of getting visa this year. new delhi has quota of 6000 out which who knows how...

after the passport request ecas changed to decision made ... it says a decision has been made on application of name and office will contact u soon with name concerning the decision
