Where do you see this "application for PR card" thing ? My Ecas says - "You entered Canada at the Carway office on November 9, 2013 and became a Permanent Resident". This is the last update on my Ecas, nothing after that. The processing time date is from the day of landing, I spoke to CIC folks...
