you need to stay for 3 years starting Feb 2015, so you can apply in Feb 2018, in that case in the last 4 years i.e. from Feb 2004 till Feb 2018 you stayed 3 years

Hi all, I wrote my citizenship test on February 2nd in Ottawa, and I have not heard from them yet. I am wondering anybody has done the test on the same date or recently in Ottawa? I also appreciate any experience on the timeline between the test and oath. Cheers,
