    You can notify them that you have moved the start date without having to start the application process again, you must provide a new acceptance letter with the new date on it though.

    Still nothing on my visitors visa... I don't understand what could possibly take so long at this point. I wish there were some avenue to complain about CHC Pretoria as I am sure they are not doing things properly and are not up to standards.

    Both, passport with temporary resident visa and a letter stating that she qualifies for a study permit(They only issue the actual permit at point of entry).
