@gst,,,yes its changed to decision made on 15th April and now canada's address is also appearing there..so waiting for my Passport now :)

Doesn't matter..In My case...I received medical request, passport request and permanent residence fee all together within a week after file submission .. then status changed to in Process after 4 months and now its changed to decision made within a day...!!!

@Guneet... On 14th april my status was in Process and it was showing two liner only Application received on **** Medical results have been recived. but On 15th april status changed to Decision Made and again it was showing Two Liner Only when I checked it on 17th then it was showing four...
