Dear all on the forum, I am in Canada and submitted mine to CIO in April. Got my file number email on May 7 but no medical request. My visa office is CPP-O. Shall I ask CIO?

I paid online using the CIC system. The transaction was approved and I got the official receipt. But nothing shows up in my credit card statement even after 2 weeks. Anybody met a similar problem? How do u solve it?
