I got my MR by email. They send me a form without picture to bring and i had to provide 3 more passport pics for the Medical office. I know other people that received their MR by mail with the printed document with a picture on it already, so both can be done. You need to check both email and...

They should respect the VO that is mentioned in your application form. The visa office depends on where you live or your citizenship.

I don't know which FSW I am. My NOC is 1212-B but as I mentioned, I have an arranged employment so I am not concerned by the cap situation. It was very fast, but it looks like it is the usual processing times for Paris. I hope you all have same !!

Yes I have an arranged employment in BC. I guess Paris is quite fast in processing. I am lucky :)

I sent my application on November 15th and they received it on the 21st. The fees have been withdrawn last week and today I realised they opened an e-cas on internet. Stay tuned :)
