    AINP Application package(H1B Stream) sent after 01-01-2009 under the NEW process

    I received this email as well and don't understand the randomness in the process. I applied Mar 16 and have received these emails twice and no file # yet. Shall I contact them on phone? Regards, Scrataz

    Adding in my status: Sent application on Mar 16 - normal USPS - not sure when would it reach. Will wait 2 months for file # confirmation Will post any subsequent update.

    Is NOC Code 2173 not under Alberta Pressure list !?!

    I read on this forum somewhere that 2173 is not on the pressured list of occupations for Alberta H1B program? I went to check the Alberat Immigration site - and it is there. (And it says updated Feb 19th on the website) Here is the link that the person cited...
