PNP - Sao Paulo VO (Brazil)

So after they analyze our process we will have one lost month while the medical requests are on the mail. What a waist! Most offices around the world send it by email. At least the passport request should be by email... To send the passports to Sao Paulo we can use FedEx. It gets there in four...

PNP - Sao Paulo VO (Brazil)

One more question: do you know if Sao Paulo sends medical request by email or regular mail? Since you and I are outside Brazil, the correspondence could easily take a month to get here. I hope they send by email!

PNP - Sao Paulo VO (Brazil)

Hi again! No news from Sao Paulo yet? I tried calling them a thousand times, but I couldn't pass through the automatic system. I even tried some random extension numbers, and I only got voicemail. I received a one sentence email saying “Yes, document has been received” in answer to my email...

PNP - Sao Paulo VO (Brazil)

Did you call Sao Paulo VO? Can you give me the number/extension? I've sent an email asking if they receive the extra documentation, but no one replied yet. If I don't get an answer until the end of the week, I would like to call them. Thanks!

Oh yes, I forgot about the PNP letter instead of the LMO! That is great news...you should have your work permit really soon! I am still waiting confirmation from Sao Paulo attesting that they received my new form. But now they are closed until Tuesday... Have a nice Easter...probably your...

PNP - Sao Paulo VO (Brazil)

Six months to one year is really good news! I also have good news: I received my AOR! It took four months and five days after Sao Paulo received my file. They also requested me to send an original form IMM5409 (statutory declaration of common-law union) – I have sent a copy with my application...

PNP - Sao Paulo VO (Brazil)

I don’t think you can compare timelines between PNP and any other category; they are all different. All I know is that PNP is supposed to be a fast-track option, so it should be faster than skilled workers (including Quebec). The same principle works for visa offices in different countries...

Hello Chrisemo, I am still waiting my AOR from Sao Paulo, but my bank informed me that my check was cashed on February 28th. Hopefully this means that my application is complete and will not be returned. Can you see your process stage thru e-cas? What does it says? I still cannot see...

PNP - Sao Paulo VO (Brazil)

Thank for the instructions, I have updated my profile. I am glad that the CIC Nova Scotia approved your process so fast! I have no news from Sao Paulo yet. I really searched for other Brazilians PNPs all over the web, and I could not find anyone. Maybe we are not that many...did you notice...

No news yet...I’ve found in this forum someone that applied as skilled worker last year in Sao Paulo, and it took him 04 months to receive AOR. I am guessing that I will hear from Sao Paulo in a month or so... I am living in British Columbia already, so no Carnaval at all in here. Any news...

PNP - Sao Paulo VO (Brazil)

I have a British Columbia PNP nomination and I was really lucky that my file reached Sao Paulo only five days before the change of rules. I am still waiting for my AOR; I am a little disappointed with how long is taking to receive it…I thought that the whole point of Provincial Nominee is to...

FSW category 2- with arranged employment

Hello, Thank you for sharing your timeline from Sao Paulo, it is really hard to find data from Brazilians! How long did it take for you to receive the AOR from Sao Paulo after they received your documents? I am anxiously waiting for the e-mail acknowledging receipt now. Thank you!

    Sao Paulo VO 2011

Thank you all, this is still useful information. PNP is supposed to be a fast-track option, but it is taking so long already. I had to apply to the province first, so I started my process nine months ago. I wrote a new topic for Brazilians PNP, but no reply until now. Thank you for letting me...

    Sao Paulo VO 2011

I respectfully disagree with you; I do not consider this email an AOR. Here is what they reply to me: “We have received your application, and its initial reference number is XXXXXXX. You will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your application as soon as it is created into our system.”...

PNP - Sao Paulo VO (Brazil)

Hello, I know that not many Brazilians apply under PNP category, but I would like to compare timelines with other people sending their PNP to Sao Paulo VO. My file was received in Sao Paulo in November 25, 2011 and I am still waiting my AOR. Is there somebody else in the same situation?

    Sao Paulo VO 2011

I did email Sao Paulo already; they confirmed my file has arrived and they gave me a temporary file number. However, I have no idea how long should it take for AOR. Does someone has this information? Some people receive after around 30 days; others (like you) receive after two and a half...

    Sao Paulo VO 2011

Hello! I've applied in Sao Paulo as well, but my category is Provincial Nominee (PNP). My processing time should be similar to the family class, and there are no other PNP posts for Sao Paulo, so I hope you don’t mind my participation in this forum. Sao Paulo received my application in...
