Hi everyone, is there any problem going for vacation while my PR is on process. My application is over 3 years now and I need to go for vacation this coming March.

I'm having a vacation On March 2014. Is there any problem to come back to Canada while my PR is on process?

Hi, i want to know what are the requirements to renew an open work permit...i was working before as live in caregiver but right now i work in the nursing home...do i need to submit a letter from the recent employer? actually, im a bit confuse, just need help...Thanks

is it difficult to apply when you don't have enough experience? i mean nursing homes, your dealing with elderly. i can work as an aide there....

I'm a newly registered nurse here in the Philippines but I wanted to find a work in Canada. I only have months of experience as a nurse here..is it possible that i can work in Canada even in Nursing homes only?

Hi junegirl, as long as you provide all proper documents, it's up to the CIC to decide with it. For me example, i submit my documents 2010 Dec. and i received my OWP last December 2011. Now im waiting for my PR and it said still on process.

pinoy_ako, no you really fill up the proof of funds on the form...if you have savings account, try to put a certain amount...you can't validate the electronic form if you missed to answer one single question in the form.

no. if you send your documents thru registered mail you can track it or go online to check if they received it.

to adhelsky, the date you must put is when is the date your coming back to Canada until the validity of your work permit...about funds, if you have savings account try to put a certain amount...
