How do you know they will send your forms to Sydney?I dont think that is part of their process.I got my documents back. To save time it would make sense to send your documents to Sydney before the Police certificates expire. But again it is what you think best.

The time I sent my documents to Sydney NS some of the rules were different.Now that I have to send the docs to Buffalo, the rules have changed.Do I follow the new rules?? Why do they keep changing rules.It is such a hassle. Thank

You need to make a "international bank draft" from some bank that would make it.I got it made from Chase but only if you have a account there.Many banks dont even know what that is. Also the Police certificates are valid for 3 months.

I did the same and I my application was sent back to me within a few weeks.They won't send it to Sydney NS and it won't be any use if they did as you need to send the fee in CAD with your application to Sydney NS. If you don't have the check in CAD,I would suggest you start the procedure for...

You can state(in application) any city/province in canada and once you do decide to move to canada you can go to any city depending on where you find a job.It really doenst matter what you wrote on your initial application.Or that is my understanding!

I sent my initial application to Sydney NS,which they received on 12th Feb 09.I received a relpy by March 09.

Re: Common questions WPC71.. are you getting the State PCC done also ? My application was recieved on Feb 12th 2009 and I got an answer back by 26th Feb 09.Do I need to get the State PCC as it was submitted change in the rule.

The banks do notorize for free in US. You should notorize any document that you not sending as an original and is a photocopy.If you are sending orignial they obviously cannot be notorized.
