We landed mid-may and have not received our cards yet. I called last week after several times and there is a problem with the photos and they have some delays. Next month I am going to received a letter stating what I have to do to pick them up. Regards

Hello everyone, Finally the wait is over, today I received an email requesting for passports. My application is at Buffalo office and never was transfer to any other consulate. Thanks everyone for all the knowledge shared through this forum.

That is what the tracking number shows. I tried to pay for next day delivery, but they don't have that option.........at least that's what they said. To beileve or not they sent it to the cheapest (or longest) option available. Regards

My credit card was charge on Feb 11th, so far I have not received anything yet. My application reached them on 12/7. I called them yesterday and they said that I am still under their timeline, now is 12-14 weeks....... no more information was given....... Hope this helps. Regards

Yes, I have family living in Mexico City. then Canada didn't give you the letter and you had to get if from the Mexican consulate??!!! that is a good observation..... I will need to start earlier the process to get it soon.
