I have the same timeline as yours, CIO recvd it on 6-Feb, got AOR on 12-Apr. After that, it's all silent. They have sent MR for most of January applicants. They are strongly holding back Feb applicants. I have no idea why.

CEC falls under FSW only- I believe that's why it's mentioned as FSW. Donn't worry. My credit card statement has the same description. My credit card was charged on 14-Mar-2012. I have not heard anything from them yet. Did you guys hear anything back?
