Maybe those are the small changes in Admin Mr Jason Kennedy was talking about on Twitter. It seems there are more staff in St.Claire, so hopefully all this issues will be resolved soon..Sure no one is comfortable with the bad publicity they are getting on Twitter, it exposed to everyone around...

Finally, I got the letter, It was sent 19th Feb 2013, I received it yesterday 25th. They just needed photocopies of my entry passport. I photocopied it immediatedly and sent it in the enclosed envelope. It was sent from Syndey and its posted back to Syndey.

Once I get the letter, I'll let y'all know.
