I think less than two months from when they receive the documents. They have to finish within 23 month so for us maximum September. The 23 month processing was confirmed by Bucharest office in an email reply to one of the users of this thread. Go back few pages in the thread and you will find...

Thanks All I believe they give passport stamping priority to old PR applicants... Like I am a July 2011 application to Buffalo... Most of you are 2012 applicants and you already got PPR... Thats just a guess

You are not the only one... we are hundreds if not thousands that havent received an update from ottawa till now... they got 8 more days before I start emailing them on March 1st
