I do not understand the concept of Co-sponsor. Can somebody explain to me the benefits of having a co-sponsor for spousal sponsorship and why would somebody declare a co-sponsor?.

Guys Health cards are for residents only. It is illegal to hold to a card if you are a non-resident. Don't want to sound sanctimonious but You should return the cards immediately.
