    June 2014 - CEC applications

Yes I really did. :D They can't reject my application based on that and even if they did, I will simply have my RPRF refunded.

Thanks hssam. It was a very touch decision to make. Personally I don't see myself having a great future in Canada. PR is a status but can't generate good jobs, houses, money, etc. Looks like declining job quality, soaring prices, housing bubble, currency depreciation and CIC are all Canada has...

Got PPR finally, but it's pretty much useless to me now as I decided to ditch this failed state. Take care and good luck everyone.

Received 2nd RPRF too. I have always been very negative toward CIC. Reality just continues beating our imagination. I replied to them "f*uck you ver much" and luckily Gmail doesn't filter dirty words.

Also got RPRF request today. Already paid upfront in August. Got confirmation that it was allocated to my application, reflected on gcms notes, and call center also told it was received. Now they ask for it again. I know this is way too common.

    June 2014 - CEC applications

For June applicants who received medical requests back in February, there was concern that our ME results might expire after one year (Feb 2016) and CIC will ask us to redo it by then. Looks like they realized that would be nonsense, and so went ahead and extended the validity of our ME (also to...

I am also waiting, in case anyone was wondering? :P Sad to see my 2016 prediction is coming true. (I don't really care and CANADIAN PR doesn't worth a penny to me now) Called call center today and still same sh*t except one update. They said they updated the record of ME in November and...

Hi, want to ask a question for people who received CoPR recently, what's the expiry date on your immigration visa (the date to do landing at the latest) ? It is true that the expiry date is usually one year after ME, in our cases, around Feb 2016?

True that EE is much faster in general. But I noticed similar chaos are also occurring within EE processing. Some Aug EE applicants got PPR in less than two months, but some March and April applicants are still waiting (just like us ;)). No surprise cuz it's a different system run by the same...

LOL. Some posts are funny and awesome. Is it also because he never gave a sh*t about complaints and petitions? :D ;D Not only ours but probably the voters' too. Even Canadians who never heard about CIC were fed up with them. :P

Four PPRs in the last two weeks, as long as it keeps coming consistently.

Upfront ME in July as per old post. Different from us :( Congrats Harora33, and were you on second review?

    Any applicants from 2013 left?

Sigh. I feel you guys. Maybe let's also ask: any applicants from 2012 left?

I think you can for sure. You are the applicant and always have the right to inquire about your own case.

She was looking for stories about how the delay affected the applicant. Personally I don't have the problems as she mentioned: job loss, implied status, etc. directly caused by the delay. But that doesn't mean I wasn't affected. I already sent her a long letter explaining our situation and so...

I hope some of us will have the luck, but realistically unlikely to happen to all of us unfortunately. My only wish is they complete EE quota toward the end of the year and give more attention back to CEC backlog (and also don't skip June files). What if they choose to move on with 2016 EE...

That's why the estimated processing time is useless with the word "average". I didn't trust that at all from day one. Even if it's a true statistics and not a random number they throw up on there, it is one of their naive tricks to cheat. Some elementary school math here for example: Applicant...

Cool thanks. That was kind of fast. Obviously CSIS is not busy with security checks at all, lol.
