Hi hey_rigky - Yes you are right, they never mentioned it in website ... but this is my analysis. I beleive its an equation contains the no. of applicants vs VO.. somehow like USA lottery ... in India for example and due to no. of population, maybe thousands of applicants have sent applications...

Hi Cappuccino,,, Nooo, we don't think ourselves lucky ... actually we are the least lucky ppl whom applied in 2011. the Cap is reached as u know in August ... and they have reduced the numbers ... and probably ppl whom their application received in July 18th are in the yellow zone ;D BTW...

Hi sahil97, Actually for me this is not logic to be opened later than 8th. Is it like each officer who signed receiving the application from courier (i.e. Mike) work on his applications only !!! they should have a pool of applications, once an officer finish one, pick another ... weird !! but...
