I Applied for PR in July 2011 at Buffalo My file was transferred to Ottawa in September I received my PPR from New York today by regular mail. ( I received AOR and Medical req' by email from Ottawa) Just wanted to share.. Good luck to everybody.

Passports are on their way now!! :D Buffalo received the application on July 11th. It took around 55 days. So if you are planning on travelling, I'd recommend you to take into account 3 months for the visa, just to be safe (in case there is something missing in the application). Good luck...

My Application arrived at Buffalo on July 11 its been 50 days and nothing.. (I have the tracking number its not even in the mail yet) I am not from a country with the extra 10 days

If you sent your application with xpresspost, then you can see if it was delivered. You can also check if the draft was cashed by calling your bank. Good luck everyone!

No, you won't receive any type of confirmation, unless you sent your documents through XpressPost, then you can track your application and see if it was delivered or not. Also, after the application exceeds the normal times of delivery, then you can email them and see what's happening. My...

My application was received at Fort Erie on July 11th, cheque was cashed on July 29th, and still no response :( I'm desperate now!
