Soie76 Thats the thing you can't just apply as a dependent. each dependent needs to fill in a separate form. As per the current rules. It either needs to be a worker, study or visitor form.

Well, Thats the problem, the visa officer didn't say anything. The CIC website says apply as either worker, visitor or student. The visatronix drop box guys say that apply as visitor. Plus I am not sure whether the Standard Chartered will refund my original application fee? As I haven't yet...
