rahilp06 - you should be fine since they received your application back on February 5. The fees increase only affects those applications which were received on or after February 6.

Yes, I did send in the new forms as well along with my old application package. I wrote a cover letter saying that although the forms are almost the same, I have attached the new form as well and they can use whichever form is good for them. Lets see how quick the application moves.
