@ MrsM It's nt a gud thng to apply for visit for ur husband...u shud go urself n visit ur husband...coz I don't thnk they will give ur husband a visitor visa in this scenario..so u shud visit him urself..tht doesnt makes any difference.. Gud luck n all prayers for ur process..

@ sarah82... Is ur whole family migrating or only u....I guess only u so then why r u confused in fillin the ppr form.list only u who has to fill ur own info n thts all..send ur 2 recent pics along with ppr form n passport..thts all..there's no rocket science in it...

If u dunt do rukhsati then ur case gona be handled with doubts n delays for sure...do ur rukhsati before december if possible coz othriwse it will delay ur cases n majority ppl almost 97% have done their rukhsati before applying or right aftr applying coz Nikah only cases delay timelines n can...

Now nothing will change unless u dun get ur remed..uve to see this status fir the next 8 9 months or unless they don't send u remed..so no need to wry abt ur file..it's with them already n I dunt thnk they are answerable to each n every query of urz..n why wud they tell u tht ur file was well...

U shud make English translation of it on ur own bt it shud look like original chat..don't make fake chat logs on which it can create some doubts n their minds..

They never send personal info to any doc or any other institution like this...so I don't thnk they wud be having ur appendix C or nythng bt maybe they have it..can't say nythng bt for sure if they've asked u to go to IOM then they'll have some info abt u..u shud take tht appendix A of initial...

@ zainabanwar Maybe for 2012 applicants or late 2011 they have changed coz I'm talking abt 2010 experience..it always had a picture on the letter with the Chc stamp..so maybe this tym they have changed n we 2010 ppl never went to IOM for this thng..only the designated doctors like I did it frm...

@ tabasum... U cannot do ur remed without appendix C as it has ur photo on it with the stamp of Chc...n IOM IS international office of migrations..bt for remed appendix C is must...coz uve to give them tht page..

Use TCS for correspondence every time, coz they will deliver in one day..gud luck..

@ Canadian immigrant... Who's ur dependent?? I mean do u have kids or ur the sponser?? If ur the applicant then just fill it for urself...no one else has to fill it...just relax bro n fill only ur info...nothing to wry abt or get tensed..it's normal...if any further help needed do leme knw

Its normal bro...nothing to wry abt...nw the waiting game begins n frm here it's all ur luck n prayers tht in how much tym ur wife gets visa...bt usually they are taking less time as compared to 2010 applicants.. U can see my timeline..it took 21 mnths bt hopefully ull get thru even sooner...

@ kman.. Who said tht the file won't be transferred to isb???? Huh.....wat a nice joke..tht means if they need to call some applicant for interview or if they want to do some background check on applicants or nythng else they will call ur wifes n hubands to ottowa to see them..wow...hw can u...

@ hubby chubby.. Chc doesnt send mails to applicants bt ur ecase will be updated once file is transferred n recieved in isb..u dnt have to wait for 8-9 months to knw tht ir file has been transferred..ur ecase will show u everything before tht..just wait n ull see Gud luckk
