I really don't know how Buffalo works. I had seen for an applicant, NY visa office issued PR visa before clearing the Bank Draft.

From our cases it sounds like that. May be it's a good idea to send the RPRF along with application or atleast before PRR. Again, I might be wrong but I am just guessing from our experiences.

I am guessing you sent your RPRF along with your passports.

I feel the same Truongan. Sending it to Fort Erie would further delay your passport return. I think, you can directly send to Buffalo office too from Canada.

I agree with TRUONGAN, it's really risky to take a chance at this final stage.

From what I was told, photos are supposed to be stamped with date and photo studio details on the back. Why don't you try to print your wife's photos from a studio and request them to stamp the date too? I am really not sure if they really check this but you never know these guys..

Hey SINP, Congrats and I am really happy for you. I am not sure where you are now..but I also recommend to either go to Buffalo or send someone on your behalf if you can for PR visa stamping. Since its kind of pain and I noticed that,it's taking longer than usual to receive your passports back...

They should give you the tracking number. They do charge you for sending the mail (mostly included in the fees they charge. Again, it does depend on MR to MR) so they should provide you details. Tell them that you need confirmation since you received a remainder email!

Oh no! Anyways, also write a letter saying by mistake first time, you sent them the photocopies and now you are sending them the originals so that they don't get confused with your color photo copies and originals. Also don't forget to put PNP sticker on your envelope.
