I then came back to my country because my mom got really sick and decided to stay here with her, she seemed to get better and since I need to stay inside Canada for atleast 2 years...

ok So there is no way my mother can go and do all the paperwork instead of em going there? cause in Canada my mom is supposed to be responsable for me it, but since im 18 i dont know are u sure my mom cant go isntead of me we cant really afford both plane tickets :S
