Hi Guys We are in Edmonton .My wife and I got our PRs but did not get my sons PR called Immigration and they told us to send new photos.Does anybody knows if we can submit photos in person either in Edmonton or Calgary? Thanks

Call @ 1-888-242-2100 and you need to have your client ID no ready which is on your landing papers.I landed on Aug 18th and got my PR on Oct 19.It takes 41 days now so there must be something you need to talk to them dont hang up sometimes it takes half an hour. All te best
