The Embassy doesn't allow you to visit to pick up your visa. They also don't answer the phone. All you can do is email them. Be sure all your documents are done properly.

At the top of this page click on 'profile' Then on the left side of your screen, you will see a box ( modify profile) with different settings in it. Click on ''Forum Profile Information". From there you can add in the dates of your CIC sponsorship.
