Hi Arun,,,, May i know how many days it took for you to recieve the medicals,,after that third line was added in your e-cas,ie,Your application was reviewed and we started processing on November 14, 2011,,,, :( :(

Going in to IN PROCESS status without being in RBVO status is not an issue...When your file really gets in to in process,,they would add an additional line like we reviewed your application and started processing on.... So dont worry.. ;) ;)

It would take an average of 90 days for getting a Positive Eligibility Review from CIO... and they will send it only through e-mail..

The total time for processing your application will be around 8-14 months...

UCI stands for Unique Client Identifier..UCI number is shown on the PER,the letter sent from CIO,,below the address and the date in the first page...In the E-CAS,under identification type,select the first option client id number/unique client identifier..Then in the indentification number...

I had issue wit my e-cas for some time..i tried UCI no. instead of file no..It worked for me...
