thanks for information as I've never read information for Canadian Experience Class program. And I really hope that CIC will range the Ielts result for new FSWC criteria according to the NOC 0,A,B as they have now in Canadian Experience Class.

CIC refused my application . I want to return processing fee, but not understand the meaning of " confirms that a refund for the processing fee will be issued " so, will they return me processing fee or not? because in letter from CIC they provides the reason why your application is not...
