If he answers yes during the immgration interview in either Toronto or vancouver is it possible to declare his dad and mom And his siblings? Thanks

Hello po. Sept applicant din po si hubby ko. Bale sept 10 application sent, sa oct 24 then ppr po may 2. Ask ko naman po kung kailan pwede macheck e-cas ni hubby? May UCI na po siya pero wala pa po information. Chineck ko rin sa akin pero wala pa pong update. Thanks po in advance
