    I have a sealed U.S. criminal record for a charge that was dismissed.

    How will this affect my immigration to Canada? Do I have to report it on the forms? I was told by my criminal lawyer and the court system that since it is sealed I can legally say that I have not be charged or convicted of a crime, however; I did not ask them if I am legally required to tell...
